This is one of a few, very rare, Fila tennis shirts, which were specially issued for the 1982 Suntory Cup, tennis exhibition, held in Japan. They were the last Fila Borg issued & were not sold on a general release. There are some others about too, if you check out the website below for more details,
The inner Fila tag on this is a bit faded, but it is the original washing tag, which you cant quite see here, along with the Japanese tags.
There is another shirt like this US40, but in a green instead of navy & also a beige coloured shirt.
